In the workshop, kids will have the chance to explore their creativity, connect with music, and develop basic drumming skills. This program fosters cultural appreciation and a sense of belonging within underserved communities.
The event culminates in a concert featuring performances by both the students and the professional ensemble, showcasing mentorship, artistic exchange, and the power of collaboration. In addition, the Ensemble will expand its outreach by offering workshops to university students, introducing them to the cultural heritage and rhythms of tabla drumming.
